Who We Are!
PilotMM is a MSC Status firm located at Technology Park Malaysia. We a solution provider of Credit Scoring, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Statistical Modeling services. Ever since our inception, in 1992, our core customer base has always been the Financial Services, Government Services and Telecommunications Industry.

Our History.
We were born in 1992, as Pilot Advance Solutions, during the days of EIS and DSS solution. In 2002, we obtained the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC)-status and the firm was known as ‘Pilot Multimedia’. A misnomer, we don’t actually do anything with regards to Multimedia, but rather the name reflects the attainment of the MSC status of the firm. In 2005, we anticipated the rise of more sophisticated analytics and we have been taking the lead as solution implementers in data mining and statistical modeling. The advent of ‘Risk management’ in the financial industry led to tight harmony between data warehousig and statistical modeling. This was highly congruent with the PilotMM’s core competency. As such our ‘Analytical Consultancy’ business line was born, with a strong focus in Risk Management.

How are we Different?
We differentiate ourselves against Strategic Consultancy in that we are solution-focused. In short, we get our hands dirty.  We are different from IT vendors in that approximately 50% of our revenue is generated from Business Consultancy. In short, we understand business not just technology. By appreciating the nature of diversity; different perspectives, different talents, and different ideas we learn not to quibble between IT and business, but to synthesize into a common whole.
